Flower kebab, which gets its saturation from potatoes and meatballs and elegance from eggplant and yellow bell peppers, is a recipe that suits your invitation. First we bake potatoes with cream, eggplants on the grill and meatballs in the pan. Then we decorate them all and bring them together. Finally, shredded grated cheddar cheese on the meatballs and bake. The result is a delicious recipe with both vegetables and protein. Ingredients for Flower Kebab Recipe, To Prepare Flower Kebab:

  • 1 piece of yellow pepper (1/2 cm thick sliced)
  • 3 pieces of eggplant (round sliced)
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 pcs dry onion (grated)
  • 7 tablespoonsbread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon red powder pepper
  • 1 tea spoon paprika

For Potatoes:

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 pack cream
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
